Photos from fall 2008

The Desert Sands Garden Club is selling 2009 calendars as a fund raiser this year to help with the many projects we anticipate to be able to complete. The calendar is a collection of photographs taken by our members of the beautiful flowers and wildflowers that grow in this area. We hope you will support us by purchasing one of these calendars. You can buy one from any garden club member, or we have them at Monahans Pharmacy, Ace Hardware, Through The Pages Bookstore, and Reflections. Thank you for your help!

Work Days Are Always Fun!!!

We usually have two work days a year, one in March and one in October. Doing the necessary trimming, weeding and cleaning up in the Atrium at the convention is one of the many projects we help with. Others include the pavilion at the cemetery, and The Million Barrel Museum. It's always a lot more fun to work with friends.
